Warmer weather is upon us. That means its time to turn off the TV you've been hibernating in front of, break out the patio furniture, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. I hope you've got your garden started and are prepping for many BBQs to come. Today I'm going to pass along some great DIY summer decor ideas for you. Impress your friends with handmade creations that make your back porch pop!

I absolutely love beverages. So I am a sucker for anything involving making them, drinking them, or displaying them. This super cute drink table can be made from any thrift store find table with this great tutorial from ishouldbemoppingthefloor.com.

If you're looking for something a little less labor intensive, try these American Flag ball jars. Your Fourth of July decorations just got cuter! Ball jars are great for table flower centerpieces or holding utensils at the serving station.

If you've been searching for the perfect outdoor ambiance lighting, look no further. Tin can luminaries are the way to go. These look like something you could purchase at Target or Home Goods, but they are so simple to make yourself! You can create your own pattern, make as many as you need, and hang them as string lighting or individually.

Happy Summer and happy creating! We would love to see photos of your summer projects or decor ideas. Stop by our Facebook page and show us what you have done!
