The weekend is around the corner, have any plans? Feeling the urge to try something new?
Here are our top 3 weekend activities, budget friendly of course.
1) Picnicking: Whether you live in the city or in the country side, you are bound to find a picnic friendly spot. There's no better way to enjoy the outdoors and reconnect with your loved ones without the stress of spending too much money on eating out. It's as easy as grabbing a blanket, some sandwiches and beverages. You can make this picnic romantic or family friendly. Bring your furry friend too, No one is left out here!
2) Hiking: Here in New England there are endless trails to explore. Whether you want to take a relaxing stroll or kick it up a notch and climb a mountainside, the options are plenty. What better way to get some exercise in while breathing in some fresh air. There's something about starting off your day with a great hike that makes the rest of the weekend so much more enjoyable. Let Google do the work in finding a great trail in your area, and get out there!
3) Game Night: Who doesn't love a good game night? Invite some friends over, order some pizza and pull out your favorite board game. We personally love the game "Ticket to Ride" (Europe is the best version). It's like an adult version of monopoly, but better! We never get bored of game nights. It's a great way to get together with some friends without having to make dinner reservations.
This is just a preview of what you could do with your weekend. Some other ideas are : trying a new recipe, rearranging a room, kayaking, taking a nice scenic drive, going bowling, find a free concert, go on a bike ride or having a bon fire. The list goes on and on.
Have a great weekend!
